A rare snow day for Southern Oregon wine country...

We had a rare snowday this last weekend and as HQ and Maestrom fetched out the snow gear, we realized the dilemma....the little one hasn't seen a snowday, and since the girls are 11 years apart there are "no hand me downs" to dig into....so NO SMALL SNOW GEAR!  Not a single thing to fit her.  

So I did what any self respecting momma with a sewing machine would do - I tore apart my old snowboarding pants and patched up a toddler size snow pant with some make shift mittens.  And like any new blogger....I didn't even THINK to document it!  So here's the after thought shot....silly me. 

I'll try to get an action shot sometime today.  There's still a bit of snow left :)
